CEO/Founder of The Boreland Group Inc.
A 30+ year PR veteran, Jennefer gets her clients their “unfair share” of attention from
their target audiences. And she’s very good at doing so.
So much so that she was named as one of nation’s top 10 black CEOs and entre-
preneurs in the US by Madame Noire Magazine in 2013. Jennefer is one of only two
women on the list, the other being Ursula M. Burns, the CEO of Xerox Corporation, the
first African-American woman CEO to head a Fortune 500 company. Jennefer is
frequently quoted in the media on PR-related topics, with appearances in the Associated
Press, TheStreet.com, Crain’s New York Business and on MarketWatch Radio Network.
She is an active guest speaker and has presented on public relations, social media and
small business subjects at global, regional and local venues. She is the author of the
upcoming e-book, “101 PR Tips for Entrepreneurs,” scheduled to be published in 2014
by AMACOM, the publishing arm of the American Management Association. Jennefer
recently launched TBG: One-on-One, which provides coaching services to early stage
entrepreneurs who cannot afford a full service agency. Previously, she was the PR
expert for Inc.com TV and a contributor to AOL Small Business. >>more
